Volunteers are an essential part of both the AFBNA as well as all Alberta Food Bank operations. Most Alberta Food Banks operate by the support of a group of core, dedicated volunteers. There are numerous areas a volunteer can work in depending on the need of the Food Bank and you as a volunteer, such as driver, client worker, receptionist, hamper builder, general maintenance, or special event worker.
